A: We'll prepare, print and produce your canvas masterpiece in just 3-5 business days. Then it's just a question of shipping time. Our standard shipping will take only 3 to 5 business days to reach you anywhere in the continental United States. We also offer 2nd Day and overnight service for an additional charge.

A: From the time we receive your order, your canvas should arrive within 7 days from that date.

A: No, the price paid will not be included. To give as a gift, just specify the recipient's address in the shipping details at checkout and the canvas will be delivered to that address, or you can have the canvas delivered to you for you to deliver yourself, the choice is yours.

Q: How do I hang my canvas when I get it?

A: All of our canvases include one or more pieces of hardware sufficient to support the weight of your canvas on any wall.

A: Most Rivver City Prints customers don't frame their canvases, as they prefer our museum-style gallery wrapped canvases. But if you'd prefer to frame your canvas, You can choose to have your canvas wrapped by us, when ordering just choose you canvas with either a standard or premium frame.

A: Your canvas should be hung indoors only. While we treat your canvas with a special protective coating to safeguard against cracking, fading and other sorts of damage, no artwork should ever be hung in direct sunlight or in high-humidity areas such as a small bathroom.

A: Sure. Just use a soft lint free cloth or even a feather duster.
